EPFD Board Continues Discussions For Building New Station 1
With the addition of the new paramedic firefighter staff Board Members and staff needed to face the issue of the limited space available in the current station 1 for the new live-in staff. The staff noted that they would prefer to make do with the crowded conditions in order to save funds on remodeling to be put towards the building of a new facility. Different ideas were brought up by the Board regarding where the new station was to be built and associated costs, but no decisions were made.
